Sharing

All smart devices offer multi-user capability through a sharing feature. The primary user of the device can go to settings, select the sharing option, and generate a barcode or sharing link. New users can add the device to their list by scanning the barcode or clicking on the shared link, and they can assign a new name and location to the device. Additionally, the primary user can monitor, manage, and remove shared users at any time.

Create Account

During the registration process, users can sign up using either their mobile number or email address. To verify their identity, a temporary code will be sent to their mobile number or email. After entering this code, users must choose a password with a minimum of 8 characters that includes numbers, uppercase, and lowercase letters. Once the registration is complete, users can log in to their account using either the temporary code or the password.

Config Device

To activate a smart device and add it to your user account, you first need to perform an initial configuration or setup. This setup is done once, and afterward, the device will automatically connect to your account via the internet. Within your account in the app, you can add the device through the "Add Device" section using three different methods:

1. Select the smart device based on the purchased brand, then choose the device type.
2. Select the device through categories such as oven, hood, and others.
3. If the device has already been set up by another user and needs to be shared with you, you can do so by scanning a barcode.

After completing steps 1 and 2, a step-by-step graphical guide will assist you through the process. At the end, after selecting a name for your device or using the default name, and specifying its location and room, the device will be added to your account, ready for management and use.
